1. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods at checkout:
- Local Delivery: HK$30 flat fee per order, delivered within 2-5 business days.
- Meetup: Free — select a district at checkout to meet for handover.
- Self-Pickup: Coming soon.
- Digital Products: Delivered electronically with no shipping fee.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Products fulfilled by individual designers may have varying processing times, which will be noted on the product page.
3. Delivery Time
- Hong Kong (local): 2-5 business days after processing
- International shipping is not currently available
4. Fulfillment Options
Products on CAN Shop are fulfilled either by the individual designer (self-ship) or by Studio CAN HK. The fulfillment method is indicated on each product page.
5. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically — no shipping fees apply. Download links are provided after payment is confirmed.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable. You can also check your order status in your account under Order History.
7. Self-Pickup
Self-pickup will be available at Shop 104, Fu On House, Tai Wo Hau. This option is currently coming soon — please contact us at info@studiocanltd.com for urgent pickup requests.
