All products sold on CAN Shop are original intellectual property owned by their respective designers. Product designs, characters, illustrations, and branding remain the exclusive property of the creator. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any product or design without express written permission from the rights holder.
3. Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Orders are subject to product availability.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
4. Designer Responsibilities
Designers selling on CAN Shop are responsible for the accuracy of product listings, timely fulfillment (for self-shipped items), and ensuring their products do not infringe on third-party intellectual property.
5. Licensing
Products purchased through CAN Shop are for personal use unless a separate licensing agreement is in place. For commercial licensing inquiries, please contact us through our Licensing page.
6. Limitation of Liability
CAN Shop acts as a marketplace connecting designers and buyers. We are not liable for damages arising from product defects or fulfillment delays caused by individual designers, though we will assist in resolving disputes.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
